I would 110 % recommend Hannah as your realtor. Not only does she have the knowledge on real estate, but the patience with a "nervous single mom buyer" like my self! Hannah Lopez went above and beyond when helping us purchase our family home! She was involved from beginning to end. We were having problems getting financing due to the fact the property we purchased had two different types of homes on it. When one company said they could not finance it because of that, Hannah was on top of it and gave us the name of a local bank to use. Everything went well from that point forward until the day before closing. This is when we found out our insurance policy did not have flood coverage and without this we would not be able to close. It was Hannah who came to our rescue again and made sure we were covered and our closing still happened as scheduled. Hannah certainly lives up to Newcomer's standard of exceeding expectations!
